For this skill, there are many resources that can help you create new healthy habits, have the knowledge to make informed decision about your health, and what areas of your life will keep you healthy. Dr. Kim Boyd can help you understand how living your best life can help you live longer.

I encourage you to find different ways to be active, try new foods, reach out to friends or make new ones, better understand your health, and prioritize you over what others think. There are so many different opinions on how to achieve peak health, so be sure to do your own research for the complete answer.
